Bella Vista GmbH Düsseldorf sets another milestone in its success story:
At the beginning of 2018, Bella Vista GmbH, which has been known in Düsseldorf for five years, was fully integrated into Kloepfel Group and will carry out its brand change as Kloepfel Real Estate. With the new name and as part of the Kloepfel Group the market position is expected to increase. Through joint cooperation, the goal is to create synergies in new business areas and to expand throughout Germany. The future location in Berlin will be highly important. A branch will be launched there soon.

Here it is intended to meet the high demand in urban areas, especially in the area of micro living, by creating centrally located, new housing with small living space.
Kloepfel Real Estate has been headed by a dual management team since the middle of this year. Besides Ahmet Tunc as financial expert, Mikail Aydöner, as a long-standing experienced project developer, brings additional know-how to the management. He is also well versed in the conversion and revitalization of residential buildings and industrial or gastronomic commercial properties, including hotels. Since both managers already know each other from study time, they are a perfect team, both professionally and personally, in order to implement the goals of the Kloepfel Real Estate more strongly with bundled competence in the future.

For Kloepfel Real Estate, the brand change and the associated expansion into new business fields is the logical step into a new dimension in which the proximity to the Kloepfel Group becomes clear and thus the way to a future with constructive cooperation can grow. Kloepfel Real Estate’s existing core business with own projects will be strengthened in the future through expansive, nationwide acquisition activities and other consulting services, such as purchase and sales advice, portfolio development and consultation as well as portfolio restructuring, will also be marketed as an external service offer. The increasing number of projects and their German-wide distribution requires an adjustment of the business activities, which are initially offered to all customers of the Kloepfel Group and, in the future, to new customers in third-party projects.
